General Optometrist
We are hiring a general optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye exams and primary vision care at our established private practice in Hanover, Pennsylvania, with experienced technician support and modern equipment.
The role
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Provide primary vision care
- Diagnose common ocular conditions and refer as appropriate
- Work alongside experienced ophthalmic technicians and support staff
- Will train in pre-op and post-op care for surgical patients to co-manage care with the surgeon
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Active or obtainable Pennsylvania optometry license with therapeutic certification
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
