Residency-Trained Optometrist
We are hiring a residency-trained optometrist to practice full-scope medical optometry at our established private practice in Hanover, Pennsylvania, in close collaboration with our ophthalmic surgeons.
The role
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope medical optometry: ocular disease, glaucoma, and diabetic eye care
- Pre-op and post-op visits for surgical patients
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients and coordinate referrals
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) with completed residency
- Active or obtainable Pennsylvania optometry license with therapeutic certification
- Comfortable with medical optometry and post-op care
Location & schedule
Full-time, on-site at our office at 250 Fame Ave, Suite 225, Hanover, PA 17331 — serving York & Adams County, PA and Carroll County, MD. We recruit nationally and support relocation for this role.
